Simon Bradley has joined Baker Tilly as private client tax associate director. Starting his tax career at HMRC, Bradley is a former president of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).
KPMG has appointed Drew Bailey as partner in the transfer pricing team in the Birmingham office. Leaving Deloitte, where he was director of the firm's transfer pricing practice, Bailey was previously at PwC and has also tutored at Kaplan, the training provider.
Andrew Sheridan, a former Baker Tilly partner, joins FRP Advisory as partner. Sheridan spent 13 years at Ernst & Young before another 12 at Baker Tilly. He joins FRP's South West team in Bristol.
Clough & Company has hired Roland Clark as director. Clark was most recently a partner at Baker Tilly and has also previously made partner at Grant Thornton. He has also held the treasurer role at the University of Bradford and is a former president of the Bradford Chamber of Commerce.
Heathrow airport FD Fred Maroudas has been appointed to the government's Green Investment Bank, set up to fund and promote privately-run environmental preservation projects.
