RSM UK has appointed Joel Segal as partner in the consulting team. Based in RSM’s London office, Segal will lead the firm’s digital and data practice. He has over 25 years’ experience as a strategic adviser helping leaders structure their businesses and investments. He will work with clients to evolve their future ways of working, by providing insight and expertise in areas such as operational strategy, operating models, organisation design, talent, digital and data intelligence. He was previously a partner at PwC and EY, where he helped to build and lead global transformation consulting solutions.

Dains Accountants has appointed Ann Bibby as tax partner in its Birmingham office. She brings over 25 years of experience as a chartered tax adviser and qualified accountant, specialising in a wide range of business and personal tax matters. Bibby will play a vital role in providing strategic tax guidance to clients across various industries. Her areas of focus include corporate tax, transaction tax, R&D tax relief, management equity and share options, restructuring, capital allowances, and employment tax issues. Previously she was a partner at Ellacotts LLP and originally trained at Deloitte.
