PKF Francis Clark signs joint venture

PKF Francis Clark and Taylor Mowbray have announced a joint venture which they claim will offer clients a wider range of services

Taylor Mowbray LLP and PKF Francis Clark are to join forces to ‘bring together combined skills and reputations’.

The PKF Francis Clark legal team led by Andrew Allen advises over 100 law firms across the UK; covering the market from top 100 firms to sole practitioners. Francis Clark has been a specialist adviser in the legal sector for the last 20 years and provides a range of consultancy, taxation and financial compliance services.

Taylor Mowbray LLP is a supplier of consultancy and training services to law firms. A spokesperson for the company said founders Robert Mowbray and Janet Taylor have ‘strong national reputations in their respective areas’. The services they offer law firms include profit improvement consultancy, lock up management, pricing and fee negotiation training and SAR training and compliance support.

‘We are delighted to be working with Francis Clark. Both our businesses have a long and trusted history in providing high end advisory services to the legal sector and both enjoy national reputations from our work,’ said Mowbray.
