The deal will see the 70 staff of Wise & Co join Shaw Gibbs with immediate effect. The value of the deal was not disclosed. Wise & Co managing partner Sharmini Woodings will become a partner at Shaw Gibbs.

Wise & Co specialised in the SME market and was set up 50 years ago in Farnham. It was looking for a collaboration to enhance and secure the long-term success of the firm and to provide a wider range of expertise to their clients.
