Ramsay Brown LLP was founded in 2019 and the London-based firm is led by three partners, Laurence Slavin, Katie Collin and Anil Sookharry. They will all remain post transaction and become partners at HW Fisher, as well as the team of 34 professional staff. The firm will retain its name for the time being with the Sumer brand featuring on the website.
