PricewaterhouseCoopers US has acquired substantially all of BearingPoint's North American commercial services for approximately $44m (£27m). The sale of the management and technology consulting firm's commercial arm also includes its global delivery centres in Shanghai, China and Banglore, India. The deal is to be settled later on in the year. The deal between PwC and BearingPoint went through in March this year and Deloitte bought the company's North American public services business. BearingPoint was formerly KPMG Consulting.
