Any companies with a US listing will be required to disclose payments made to governments on a project-by-project basis in relation to the exploration or production of oil, natural gas or minerals.

Affected companies will be assessing and responding to the impact of these rules, both strategically and operationally. Other organisations will also have to take note as the EU is considering introducing similar rules.
