Rosemary Spencer is head of finance and resources at Cause4 Ltd, a social enterprise that seeks to be a modernising influence within the charity sector, offering relevant, contemporary solutions for charities and social enterprises at a time when more creative, entrepreneurial approaches are much needed.

She has worked as head of finance for a large educational charity, International House Trust Ltd, and with the chair of the board of trustees at International House, developing good governance and introducing a process for trustee recruitment and induction.  In addition, Rosemary has taught physics, mathematics, science and theory of knowledge in schools in Uganda, Ethiopia, Mexico and Nigeria, and has worked with Save the Children Fund, UNICEF and World Food Programme on famine relief in Karamoja, Northern Uganda, and in Ethiopia. www.cause4.co.uk
