The IntellixCore partnership will see a firmwide rollout of agentic AI across the UK business to transform tax, audit and consulting services for clients.

This will see staff work alongside AI agents trained on the firm’s methodologies and regulatory frameworks across all critical client segments, but is not about ‘shrinking certain teams or role categories’.

RSM said the AI rollout was part of a ‘comprehensive and ongoing plan to digitally enable our client services and our ways of working. Five years ago we laid the foundations through training all our people in data literacy skills, and we’ve continued to embed these skills with all new joiners to the firm since then’.

The value of the deal was not disclosed but it is part of RSM’s wider global IT transformation programme and is in addition to the recent digital investment announced by RSM US.
