S&W builds Irish business with Beechwood Partners deal

Private equity backed S&W has reached an agreement to acquire Dublin-based Beechwood Partners as it ramps up acquisitions after securing external investment

The deal sees 35 staff including five partners join S&W’s Ireland business, which employs more than 80 people in its Sandyford office.

Established in 2005, Beechwood Partners provides accountancy and tax advisory services to private clients, their families and associated corporate entities. The firm will be rebranded once the deal is completed.

This is the first acquisition for S&W as a stand-alone group following its launch as a new professional services and accountancy business in March 2025 with backing from private equity firm Apax Partners, when it divested from Evelyn Partners.
