Swindon-based firm PPS Chartered Accountants has completed a merger with personal tax practice Susan Papworth-Smith Chartered Tax Advisor
The merger sees Papworth-Smith join PPS where she will link up with the firm’s in-house personal tax practice. She brings with her around 40 clients.
PPS Chartered Accountants partner said: ‘This is an excellent development for our firm. Susan has experience, deep knowledge and a loyal customer base. Bringing all this into PPS Chartered Accountants consolidates our standing in the area of personal tax while giving Susan’s clients continuity of service. It also furthers the impressive growth we’ve achieved throughout 2016.’
Papworth Smith is the fifth addition to the firm in recent month, and takes the headcount to 12.
