Tim Crockford is a partner at Clyde & Co where he works on a wide range of contractual and tortious disputes (often with an international element) and has particular experience acting for clients in the financial, accounting and professional services sectors. In addition to High Court litigation, he has experience advising clients in relation to regulatory investigations, including by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Financial Reporting Council (FRC) and The Pensions Regulator, and understands well the reputational issues which can arise. Before joining Clyde & Co, Crockford was at law firm Gowling WLG, and has also spent time on secondment at Big Four firm PwC.
