There is something of a question mark hanging over the long-term working patterns of accountancy firms, and indeed the wider business world, following the Covid pandemic.

The shake-up since has been varied and unpredictable.

Having worked with a number of accountants and others in the professional services industry across the world over the last two years, my view is that the hybrid formula is here to stay.
