Tips and advice: preparing your accounting practice for sale

Seeking clarification on the origins of the proverb I found the following explanation: ‘Information on certain things that happen in an organisation may not reach the office of the person in charge of the organisation, thus the information may be known by all the employees, but not the person in charge’. How relevant this seemed to some of our current assignments.
