The Charity Commission has given two five-year disqualification orders to two trustees of the Darul-Uloom School charity in London and has issued two official warnings to two others after its investigation found severe breaches of duty and serious financial mismanagement which placed its funds, property, and beneficiaries at significant risk.

 Darul-Uloom School was registered in 1995 and operated as a school providing Islamic and national curriculum education to children and young people. According to the Charity Commission, the charity had 38 employees, six trustees, and five volunteers.
