Two in three accountants tell family financial concerns

Talking openly about money with family members is viewed as essential to the financial wellbeing of 64% of accountants

Nearly two thirds of accountants think it is important to talk to family members about their finances, with 73% of them confident about being able to do so.

Given their professional experiences, 77% of accountants said they advise their families on their finances, found a survey by Rathbones.

In general accountants were fairly confident about the future with only 44% worried about the long-term impact of high inflation rates, and two thirds (65%) were not worried about ongoing global tensions impacting the economy.
