Wilkins Kennedy mergers with JR Antoine in Amersham

Top 20 accountancy firm Wilkins Kennedy has announced a merger with Amersham-based firm JR Antoine & Partners

Wilkins Kennedy will take on two senior accountants, a tax manager and an admin assistant, who will join their Amersham office.

The merger is the result of the retirement of one of the senior partners at JR Antoine, the firm already had an existing relationship with Wilkins Kennedy allowing them to form a partnership.

Wilkins Kennedy has undergone a number of mergers in recent months, further securing plans for expansion. At the beginning of May the firm merged with Half Penny Accountants in Heathrow and Lakin Clark in Kent and in October 2015 they merged with FBR in Winchester.

Wilkins Kennedy was established in 1882 and is currently ranked at number 19 in the Accountancy Top 75 league table. They have a turnover of about £40m with 68 partners. There are approximately 500 staff that work for the firm over 15 UK offices and one office in the Falkland Islands.
