Wilson Partners deal with £3m LFF

Private equity backed Wilson Partners extends south of England presence after joining forces with Kent based Lindeyer Francis Ferguson (LFF)

Tonbridge-based Lindeyer Francis Ferguson (LFF) was set up in 2014 and focuses on audit, tax and not-for-profits, and has revenues in the region of £3m. The three partners, Amy Healey, Jonathan Healey and James Mathieson, and 25 staff, will all remain with the business,. LFF will continue to operate under its own name, with the name Wilson Partners added to the website branding.

This is the ninth acquisition for the private equity backed firm and increases revenue to £35m, bringing the total staff count to more than 330 colleagues operating across nine offices.

The latest deal strengthens Wilson Partner’s footprint across the south of England, giving it a second office in Kent after its first site in Sevenoaks, and enhancing the range of services on offer to its predominantly SME client base.
