Accountants react to ‘bland’ Budget

As the Chancellor set out his plans in the Budget, accountants and auditors reacted with disappointment, specifically at the lack of support for small businesses

In response to the Spring Budget, accountants have voiced mixed opinions on the government’s plans for the economy, with some dissatisfied on its lack of incentives for small businesses, which continue to suffer because of spiralling energy costs and increased wages.
