Auto enrolment is compulsory yet the majority of small business owners do not even know what it is. Combine that with the fact that eight in 10 small to medium sized (SME) employers have consulted, or plan to consult, a business adviser for assistance, according to The Pensions Regulator (TPR), and it is clear that your phone will soon start ringing with pleas for help, if it hasn’t already.
