Barnier's tilt at auditors

The leaked EC audit reform proposals could split the Big Four, but are they a step too far, asks Rachel Fielding

The question remains, are the radical proposals a fait accompli or is Barnier’s bark worse than his bite? As the OFT announces its own review of the UK audit market, the firms are feeling somewhat under fire.
