BDO results show 7% organic growth as PKF merger pays off

The latest results from mid-tier accountancy firm, BDO, show a substantial lift in profits as it settles down after the merger with PKF in 2013

BDO has reported total fee income of £384m for the financial year ended 4 July 2014, up from £312m for the previous year.

This reflects a 27% growth in UK turnover and sees the firm retake the number six position in the Accountancy Top 75 firms survey. Meantime, organic growth is also strong at the firm, reflecting the improved economy.
