Begbies Traynor reports record £110m revenue

Restructuring specialists Begbies Traynor has reported strong performance with results ahead of expectations as revenue hits £110m

The firm saw revenue grow by 31% with 7% organic growth up from £87m the previous year, reflecting the material increase in their scale and service offerings.

All areas of the group performed well with significant growth from acquisitions late in the previous financial year and increase in organic activity affecting business recovery performance.

Since 2018 the firm has increased revenue from £52m to £110m, adjusted profit before tax from £5.6m to £17.8m and adjusted earnings per share from 4.0p to 9.1p from a combination of acquisitions and organic growth.

Business recovery activities achieved significant growth, following on from the acquisitions of CVR Global and David Rubin & Partners late in the previous financial year.
