Ian Walker and Christopher Norman of Begbies Traynor, have been appointed as joint administrators of Enact Energy Renewables Ltd.

The Cornwall-based company provided renewable energy and insulation solutions to the private and commercial marketplaces. Following its insolvency, 29 members of staff have been made redundant, while a few have been retained to assist the administrators in winding down affairs.

The joint administrators say they are trying to find a purchaser for some or all of the company's business undertakings and assets.
