CABA tips for student accountants taking exams

CABA, the accountants’ wellbeing charity, has set out top tips for students preparing for ACA exams this week

The advice released by the charity focuses on better ways to manage the spike of stress and anxiety which often causes student accountants to feel overwhelmed in exam periods. The advice aims to help student accountants to look after themselves and their wellbeing to ensure that they are able to get the most of their revision time.

The first piece of advice from the charity is to ‘not measure yourself against others’. The charity explains how it is incredibly easy for any student to concern themselves with the study timetable of their peers but everyone has different study patterns and energy levels at different times of the day.

CABA states that if students are working at a manageable rate, with a healthy balance that works for them then that is all that matters.
