A rapper pulled a gun on his accountant during a meeting - and the whole sordid incident was captured by surveillance cameras.
US hip hop artist Gunplay allegedly stole a mobile phone and a gold chain during the incident and was later charged with armed robbery, according to TMZ. He turned himself in to Miami-Dade Police earlier this week.
Gunplay, whose real name is Richard Morales Jr., also faces an additional charge of aggravated assault with a firearm.
According to the rapper's lawyer, Gunplay is facing a life sentence if convicted on both counts. He turned himself in to a Miami jail moments after a warrant was issued for his arrest, stemming from an armed robbery.
The warrant was issued in May, listing 'robbery' as the offence. No other details about the alleged offence are listed.
Just two weeks ago Gunplay was involved in a massive brawl with best-selling hip hop star 50 Cent and his entourage outside a rap awards show in Atlanta, Georgia. The two incidents are completely unrelated.
TMZ said the rapper was advised to turn himself in following the highly-publicised street brawl, as it was likely to have drawn police attention to the active warrant from the alleged incident with his accountant in April.
