An ICAEW chartered accountant and head of finance at collapsed law firm, PM Law, which is at the centre of a multimillion-pound fraud inquiry by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), has been banned from working at any law firm, and fined £1,350.

The SRA has disqualified Jonathon Bostock, a chartered accountant and ICAEW member, for an indefinite period, for his role at PM Law where he was head of finance.

Bostock joined PM Law in February 2012, and for 13 years from January 2013 until February 2026, he was compliance officer for finance and administration, and head of finance and administration at the various entities making up the PM Law Group.
