Companies House rule changes – attend our Accountex seminar

If you’re planning to visit Accountex, don’t miss the Croner-i session on Companies House rule changes on 15 May

The session will be held at 11.00 to 11.40 on Wednesday 15 May in Theatre 1 and will be presented by Julia Penny, past president of ICAEW and contributor to Croner-i.

The session will focus on the new rules affecting company registration to crack down on abuse of the Register as a result of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act (ECCTA) 2023.

This introduces significant changes for all companies and their filing requirements. This session will cover what the key changes are and how to navigate them, including requirements for identification of directors, PSCs (persons of significant control) and others filing information at Companies House.

Future changes will see new filing requirements for small and micro entities, and the withdrawal of abridged or filtered accounts.

Register here to ensure a place at the session as this is likely to be oversubscribed.

And remember to visit the Croner-i stand number 10 at Excel London to find out all about our expert services for accountants and enjoy a host of fun perks on the stand.
