As part of the deal, the three Dendy Neville directors, David Hill, Andrew Perkins and Paul Gittins, will join Crowe as partners.
The current team of 18 specialists provides clients with a range of audit, tax, accounting support and advisory services and the acquisition will expand Crowe’s existing presence in Kent, where it already has offices in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells.
Dendy Neville is based in Maidstone and the firm was set up in 1988. It has estimated fee income in excess of £2m.
Crowe reported revenue of £143.8m for year end 31 March 2023 and is ranked 13th in the Accountancy Daily Top 75 Firms survey. The firm has 98 partners and 1,110 staff, with 10 UK offices.
