RSM revenue hits £292m, profits up 39%
Mid-tier accounting firm RSM has reported a 26% increase in UK annual revenues to £292m for its 2015 financial year ending 31 March, the first results to be published since the firm, formerly known as Baker Tilly, adopted the RSM name in October 2015.
Consolidated UK company profits grew by 52% to £19m, while profits of RSM UK Group rose by 39% to £45m. In addition, the average partner profit rose by 10% to £362,000.
The figures also reflect a full year’s contribution to revenues and profits of the former Tenon business acquired in September 2013. The latest results are in line with the prediction from Baker Tilly at the end of 2014 that annualised revenues post-acquisition would be around £300m.
