DJH acquires trio of Haines Watts offices

Private equity backed DJH has acquired three Haines Watts offices expanding presence across the northwest

This is the latest divestment by Haines Watts following a major restructure of the network, and sees the firm’s offices in Chester City, Liverpool and Wirral sold to DJH.

The deal significantly strengthens DJH’s presence across the region and builds on the firm’s approach of ‘local leadership, enhanced operational support’.

As a result DJH will grow its turnover to £61.5m, up from £38m for FY24, with revenues in the North West surpassing £24m.

All of the newly acquired offices will operate under the DJH banner with immediate effect, expanding existing operations in Altrincham, Bury, Chester, Manchester and Nantwich.
