If you are waiting for clarity on the raft of announcements in the Autumn Statement on 5 December, draft legislation to be included in Finance Bill 2014 will be published on 10 December 2013.

At the same time, HMRC will publish draft explanatory notes and tax information and impact notes (TIINs).
