HMRC payment changes

Time to scrap old stocks of HM Revenue & Customs paying-in slips and bank giro credit forms: HMRC has completed the switch of its banking services to RBS Group and Citibank and no longer uses the Bank of England, even though the account remained open to collect payments until at least the end of 2009.
