The European Parliament Special Committee on Tax Rulings (TAXE) has published responses from 11 member states, inlcuding the UK, Ireland, Netherlands and Luxembourg, as well as Jersey and Guernsey, setting out their tax ruling practices.

This follows a TAXE request for specific information on tax ruling practices across the EU, which was sent to all member states, the European Commission and the European Council in April and is part of a drive to reduce corporate tax avoidance across the EU. The deadline for submissions was 31 May.
