EY has acquired specialist strategy consultancy Greenwich Consulting in a move which the firm says forms part of its global growth strategy.
The 130 Greenwich Consulting employees - 80 of whom are located in France - will now be working with EY Advisory's teams to provide growth strategy, marketing, digital and data-analysis services worldwide.

Created 12 years ago, Greenwich Consulting has experienced 35% growth per annum and had a turnover of €25m (£21m) in 2012. The company has seven offices in Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East.
