Jailed Redcentric CFO told to repay £355k

The former chief financial officer of Redcentric has been ordered to pay back £355,000 of gains he made after false accounting at the IT business or face a longer prison sentence

A judge at Southwark Crown Court has ruled that Tim Coleman, the former CFO of IT service provider and AIM-listed company Redcentric, must repay £355,369 within a month or have his prison sentence extended.

Coleman was sentenced to five and a half years in prison in March 2022 after he provided false accounting statements to auditors PwC to mislead investors.
