Mercer & Hole’s expert witnesses are all practising professionals in their fields who are skilled in presenting their opinions in writing and in court. They offer high levels of expert opinion across all aspects of accountancy, tax and financial planning.

The multi-discipline service brings together a team of experts, led by deputy managing partner Gill Tallon, together with Chris Laughton, Phil Fenn, Andy Crook, Iain Muffitt and Michael Lapham. They will be supported by colleagues within various teams at the firm to fulfil expert witness work.

The new service will operate firm-wide, across Mercer & Hole’s four offices in London, St Albans, Rickmansworth and Milton Keynes and its launch forms part of the firm’s strategy for growth.
