N-Dubz star Fazer declares bancruptcy owing £123k to taxman

N-Dubz rapper Richard Rawson, who is also known by stage name Fazer, has gone bankrupt with Baker Tilly partner Mark Sands appointed trustee in bancruptcy 

Rawson, of North London was declared bankrupt at the High Court on 4 December 2013 on the petition of Commissioners for HMRC, owing more than £123,000.

Baker Tilly said the trustee in bankruptcy will work to identify and realise any available assets for creditors.

Rawson’s fellow members of the N-Dubz trio have also experienced well-publicised financial difficulties. Earlier this year Costadinos Contostavlos, better known as Dappy, only avoided bankruptcy by paying a tax bill of more than £140,000 to HMRC just before a High Court hearing scheduled for mid-February.
