Natalie Worth is head of operations and finance, CABA. She joined the organisation in 2008 to introduce efficient and effective processes and systems that would support the growth of the organisation. She became head of finance and administration in October 2009. As part of the newly formed executive team with the vision to introduce a holistic approach in assessing client needs, she was responsible for implementing a CRM system which has transformed the way we manage client data.

In September 2012, she was appointed to her current position as head of operations and finance, an expanded role incorporating the development, management and delivery of CABA’s support and advice services. With a keen interest and understanding of the not for profit sector, she is also a member of ACCA. Shepreviously worked in the retail industry for 12 years, moving into the social housing sector in 2004.
