People in the news: Forvis Mazars, Gildernew & Co

In this week’s accountancy career moves, partner promotions and hires at Forvis Mazars, Saffery and Gildernew 

Forvis Mazars has welcomed Tatham Crawford-Lennox as its director of people & culture in the UK. Crawford-Lennox is a chartered occupational psychologist by trade, with experience in HR strategy, coming from PwC. She will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategy focusing on four pillars. These include impact, progression, togetherness, and purpose, designed to help team members at the firm meet their potential.

Gildernew & Co has appointed a new director to its account and tax division. Lyndsey Mulgrew has been appointed to play a large part in Gildernew & Co’s strategic planning and business development to shape the future of the business. Mulgrew has come from chartered accountants ASM.

Saffery has also appointed a new director to its Edinburgh office as well as three new hires. Joshua Creedy joined the firm in May 2024 as its private wealth director to advise clients on a wide array of areas, such as inheritance and succession planning, property and business investments and non-domicile matters. Creedy came from Big Four firm Deloitte, having spent eight years there, three of these being an associate director.
