Pippa Booth is a partner in the tax management consulting group. She has strong FAS 109 and IFRS tax accounting experience with multinational clients and prepares FAS 109 provisions for UK subsidiaries for their US parent reporting. She also project manages the global tax reporting outsourcing for a large multinational business covering 56 territories in Europe, Asia, Africa and the US. She assists local Deloitte offices around the world with tax accounting technical and process specific issues, reviewing tax provisioning submissions and reporting back to the client as well as the associated governance related to the project administered by the client’s shared service centre. She leads the FAS 109 and IAS 12 technical training for Deloitte in the UK and for clients, and has also run a two-day FAS 109 and FIN 48 training session for the European division of a major US listed group.
