As part of the succession plan, corporate finance partner Paul Crocker has been elected to the role of chief executive officer, while audit partner Scott Bentley becomes chief operations officer. The firm will continue to operate as a limited liability partnership but will no longer have a managing partner.

Crocker and Bentley have been part of the firm’s senior management for some time, serving on the firm’s executive committee and board.

‘The partnership recognised that the current size of the firm, its breadth of services and the required supporting infrastructure needed a different approach for the future. The firm has always been managed collaboratively so it made sense to outwardly recognise this,’ a spokesperson at PKF Francis Clark told Accountancy Daily.
