While Brexit negotiations have officially begun, there is still little clarity in terms of what the final outcome will look like. The only thing that we can be sure of is that the UK is on course to leave the EU and in doing so will usher in an unprecedented period of regulatory and legal change.

This will require businesses of all sizes to assess contracts that involve any transactions to and from the EU, as well as those domestic contracts whose terms assume compliance with EU-mandated regulations and directives.
