Sarah Halsted is RSM’s national VAT technical officer, responsible for reporting on VAT developments to the RSM VAT team and for its external publications. Sarah has worked in HMRC and as a consultant in practice before moving into her technical role and has extensive experience of VAT and other indirect taxes.
