Women may be more successful in interim management with far more lucrative gains up the career ladder, says Anne Beitel

In a sustained period of severe economic pressure, the number of female interim managers is climbing rapidly – Ipsos Mori has found that women accounted for almost a third (31%) of assignments in the first quarter of 2012, up from 24% in the previous quarter. And the trend was maintained at 32% for the second quarter.
