The end of last year saw a myriad of tax and economic policies being announced by the chancellor, HM Treasury, HM Revenue & Customs and independent bodies alike. These announcements included the Office for Budget Responsibility’s (OBR’s) Economic and fiscal outlook, the autumn statement, HMRC’s business plan for 2011-15 and the Mirrlees Review.
