Tom Wesel is a partner at international tax consultancy, Milestone, which he joined in 2015 as a consultantt, becoming a partner in 2016. He advises on UK and cross-border tax issues – the tax pitfalls and opportunities that arise from the overlap of several countries’ tax systems.

He is a barrister and was previously in charge of tax at King’s College London. He teaches international taxation on the LLM at King’s and is a member of the tax faculty of the ICAEW. He obtained his LLB from the London School of Economics and an LLM in tax from Queen Mary College, University of London, specialising in international taxation and trained at Enterprise Chambers, 9 Old Square, Lincoln’s Inn.
