Xeinadin snaps up hat-trick of accountancy firms

Private equity backed Xeinadin has acquired a trio of accountancy practices in the south of England

The acquisitions of Marden & Co, Mackenzies Accountants and TaxAgility follow the addition of Sheil Kinnear in Ireland in May, and brings the total to 23 in the past two years, underscoring Xeinadin’s ambitious growth plans.

The teams at the three firms - Marden & Co based in Surrey, Mackenzies on the Isle of Wight and TaxAgility in Richmond, London - will continue to be led by the firms’ current managing directors, .

All three firms will adopt the ‘A Xeinadin Company’ tagline and will operate under their local names.  

The value of the deals was not disclosed but they should bring an additional £600,000 in fee income.
