Xeinadin reports record revenue of £159m

Private equity backed Xeinadin sees revenue rise by record 32% to £159.84m after year of ‘remarkable growth’ fuelled by major strategic acquisitions

Annual fee income hit £159.84m for financial year ending 31 May 2025 at Xeinadin, up from £134.3m the previous year, ‘driven by significant movement in M&A, consolidated regional investment and leadership expansion’, and pushing Xeinadin up two positions to 16th in the Top 75 Firms ranking.

The growth was driven by a number of major mergers and acquisitions, including two significant deals with London based accountancy firms, Raffingers in March, and Silver Levene in June, marking the group’s two largest deals to date, adding nearly £25m of combined fee income and around 150 new staff members and partners.

Xeinadin completed 13 acquisitions in 2025 with a focus on integrating firms across key entrepreneurial regions, and doing deals with firms’ with a shared mindset towards growth in the SME market’. These acquisitions brought significant sectoral expertise across legal, media, recruitment, property, and audit services, while the new verticals added to an already strong base of specialisms across travel, pharmacy, legal and agriculture.
