Accountants Old Mill converts to limited company to drive growth

Accountancy and wealth management firm Old Mill has converted from a limited liability partnership (LLP) to limited company status in an ambitious five-year plan to grow the business

Under the leadership of newly appointed CEO Kevin Whitmarsh (pictured) and a new limited structure which brings all aspects of the business together into one multi-service advisory firm, Old Mill is targeting growth of 15% per annum for the next five years with the aim of doubling the size of the business by 2026 from current fee income of £20m.

Old Mill has offices in Chippenham, Exeter, Wells and Yeovil in the West Country and will be looking to increase staff numbers from 320 to more than 600 in order to facilitate its plans.
